Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 20, 2012, the Defendant acquired a driver’s license under C’s name in front of the Seoul Building, around November 20, 2012.

The Defendant, without taking necessary procedures such as returning the property acquired as above to the nominal holder, embezzled as he/she had on his/her own mind.

2. On November 27, 2012, the Defendant was required to present his/her identification card to identify the visitors to the casino games at the Gangwon Islands Casino Casino game room search team, Gangwon-do, Seoul Special Self-Governing Province, Gangwon-do, Seoul Special Self-Governing Province on November 27, 2012. The Defendant was required to present his/her identification card to identify the visitors to the casino games.

Accordingly, the defendant, a prior official document, presented the driver's license under C in his name, as a driver's license, and illegally presented official document.
