Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 02:00 on February 7, 2013, the Defendant embezzled a copy of the driver’s license in the name of the agricultural household in front of the agricultural village in the first phase of the original city level, and embezzled it with the intention of acquisition without following the prescribed procedures, such as discovering one copy of the driver’s license in front of the agricultural village in the agricultural village of the original city level, returning it to B.
