A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On December 16, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor in the resident support of the Daegu District Court on July 2, 2015 and completed the execution of the sentence.

On November 23, 2017, the Defendant: (a) at the E convenience point in the management of the victim D (n, 50 years of age) located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on November 23, 2017; (b) at the E convenience point in the management of the victim D (n, 50 years of age) and caused disturbance to the police due to the victim’s report, and obstructed the victim’s convenience store management by force.
