Punishment of the crime

[criminal record] ① On March 24, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (drivers, etc.) and a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 5, 2014.

② On November 5, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor and two years of suspended execution due to assault, business obstruction, and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 18, 2016.

③ On March 10, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for a crime of interference with business and insult at Seoul Southern District Court, and such judgment became final and conclusive on April 29, 2016.

④ On October 19, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a crime of obstructing the performance of official duties and an injury at the Seoul Western District Court, and such judgment became final and conclusive on January 27, 2017.

[2] Around April 23, 2012, the Defendant committed an act of disturbing drinking in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul around April 23, 2012.

On October 19, 2012, the Defendant, “2017 Highly 1085,” committed an act of disturbance of drinking in the combined room of the Sin-dong New Terminal, Jin-si, Jin-si on October 19, 2012.

On October 26, 2012, the Defendant, “2017 Highly 1086,” committed an act of creating unstable in C around 22:40 on October 26, 2012.

On February 23, 2013, the Defendant, “2017 High 1087,” committed an act of disturbance of drinking at E convenience stores located in D in Jin-si on February 23, 2013.

On March 5, 2013, 2013, the Defendant, “2017 High 1088,” committed an act of disturbing drinking at the Jin-si F on March 5, 2013.

The Defendant 11:32 on March 5, 2013, 2013, the 2017 High 1089 was the Defendant’s nearby disturbance in the agricultural cooperative, agricultural, and forestry.

On June 14, 2013, the Defendant of 2017 Highly 1090, the Defendant committed an act of disturbing drinking in G on June 14, 2013.
