1. Defendant C: (a) from March 25, 2014, with respect to KRW 16,460,759, KRW 3,448,155, and each of the above amounts to Plaintiff A.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiffs are the parties to the status of the E reservoir located in Jeondo-gun, Jeondo-gun (hereinafter “E reservoir”) using water from the E reservoir located in Jeondo-gun as agricultural water, thereby generating rice farmers in neighboring land, and Defendant Ydo-gun is a local government that manages the E reservoir which is agricultural infrastructure in accordance with the Rearrangement of Agricultural and Fishing Villages Act and the relevant statutes.
