1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 132,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 29, 2017 to the date of full payment.

In full view of the overall purport of Gap evidence Nos. 1-1, 2, 3, 2-1, and 2-2 of Gap evidence No. 1-1, 2, and 2-1 and 2 as to the cause of the claim, the plaintiff is obligated to pay the defendant the amount of KRW 50,000,000 on June 30, 2015, KRW 50,000 on December 30, 2015, KRW 132,00,000 on June 2, 2016, and KRW 132,00,000 on the aggregate of the above loans and KRW 132,00,000 on the following day after the delivery of the original copy of the instant payment order from July 29, 2017 to the day after the completion of payment.

2. Conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and acceptable.
