1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 30, 2017 to the date of full payment.

1. Determination on the cause of the claim

A. On August 4, 2016, the fact that the Plaintiff loaned KRW 50,000,000 to the Defendant on March 4, 2017 that he/she had to pay KRW 2,00,000 per month as interest during the repayment period was determined and lent on March 4, 2017 is no dispute between the parties.

B. According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff a loan of KRW 50,00,000 and damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from November 30, 2017 to the date of full payment after serving the original copy of the instant payment order, as the Plaintiff seeks.

2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim against the defendant is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
