A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, etc., but not a person handling narcotics, and thus, shall not administer, give, receive, or trade Metepha (hereinafter “copon”).

A. On August 23, 2015, the Defendant received 50,000 won from D at the office of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Office of 101, the Defendant received 14:00 to 15:00 of the same day the number of freight containing D with D, and then received approximately one gram from D from D, during the period from 14:30 to 15:30 of the same day.

C. From around 14:30 on August 23, 2015 to 15:30 on the same day, the Defendant received oponon from G and D with approximately 0.25 grams of opon, free of charge, from the said D office.

2. No person who violates the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. shall smoke marijuana;

A. On July 31, 2015, the Defendant belongs to the I fishing place located in the Hacheon-gun, Chungcheongbuk-gun around 24:00.
