A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Seized evidence Nos. 1, 3, and 5 shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

A person other than a person handling narcotics shall not trade, receive, administer, administer, use or possess a psychotropic drug camblopon (hereinafter referred to as “copon”; hereinafter referred to as “copon”).

1. At around 10:00 on October 19, 2012, the Defendant injected phiphones by inserting approximately 0.1g Hurphones into a single-use injection device located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seocheon-gu, Chungcheongnam-si, and dilution with water, and then administering phiphones in a way of injection with the Defendant’s arms.

2. On October 19, 2012, at around 12:00, the Defendant injected 0.1 gramphones with water by dividing them into two for single-use injection machines, and used phiphones by means of injection into the Defendant’s arms blood cells, and by means of injecting them into the Defendant’s arms.

3. At around 15:00 on October 19, 2012, the Defendant injected philophones by inserting approximately 0.1g of philophones into a single-use injection unit, and administering philophones in a way of injection into the Defendant’s dilution with water.

4. On October 20, 2012, around 03:30 on October 20, 2012, the Defendant: (a) 501 of the “Kel” located in Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; (b) divided the remaining 0.3g of opon into vinyl paper, disposable injection machine, examination color car, and stored in a household room for the last time, and carried opon.
