1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 4,000,000 won;

2. Where the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

On August 30, 2013, the Defendant heard from “B” Internet “B” to “B,” the Defendant expressed that he would pay KRW 4 million in return for a disguised marriage from “B,” and intended to make a disguised marriage with D with Vietnam’s nationality.

Accordingly, on November 1, 2013, in collusion with the above C and D, the defendant submitted to the public service center of Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Jung-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, which is 80, 27,000 New Prisoners of War (Ye-dong 1), and the facts were entered into the marriage registration form, which is kept in the public service center as if there was a normal intention of marriage, along with the marriage registration statement in which the defendant and the above D were entered, and had the public official in charge of the above D enter them into the family register information processing system by entering them into the marriage registration form, which is kept in the public service center as if there was a normal intention of marriage.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with the above C and D, entered false facts in the family register electronic data processing system, which is a public electronic record, and around that time, had the above public official store and operate the above family register calculation processing system, which includes false facts, and exercised the false public electronic records.
