Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

After introducing D through the disguised marriage hub B and C, the Defendant promised to receive the Vietnam travel expense and cash of 3 million won from B, and to file a false marriage report with D with D who delivered 18 million won to the false local disguised marriage hub in Vietnam.

1. On January 31, 201, the Defendant filed a false report with the public official in charge of the registry information processing system, which entered the marriage report in the name column of “E”, “A”, and “F” into the resident registration number column of “B” in the name column of the husband of the marriage report form kept in the public service center as if he/she had no intention to marry, and filed a false report with the public official in charge of the registry information processing system, by having the public official in charge of the registry enter the marriage report form in the name column of “E”, “A”, and “F” into the resident registration number column of “B”, which was kept in the public service center as if he/she had no intention to marry.

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with D to record false facts in the family register electronic data processing system, a public electronic record.

2. The Defendant had a public official in the above name in the date and place indicated in paragraph (1) stored and operated a family register electronic data processing system, which is a public electronic record containing false facts, at the time and place indicated in paragraph (1).

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with D to use false official electronic records.
