Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 21, 2016, the Defendant interfered with his/her duties: (a) the victim and his/her spouse F, who had been seated in a sing practice room in the form of alcohol in the Esing practice room operated by the victim D, located in the victim D, who was under the influence of alcohol at around 2:30 on April 21, 2016.
