Punishment of the crime

3. On July 16, 2015, at the above E-Medical Center around 09:30 on July 16, 2015, the Defendant’s husband and the victim have winded, among the above E-Medical Center having F, G, H, I, etc.

In other words, the reputation of the victim was damaged by pointing out false facts.

4. On July 17, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 10:00, in front of the L in Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu; and (b) the husband J and the victim of the Defendant had wind from among the dong residents M, etc.

In other words, the reputation of the victim was damaged by pointing out false facts.
