A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant committed each of the following crimes under the conditions that the Defendant had the ability to discern things or make decisions due to the existence of alcohol, etc.:

"2017 Highest 2034"

1. On August 5, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed a crime around 20:40 on August 5, 2017, with approximately 120,000 won in the market price owned by the victim D (S) located in Jeju-si on August 5, 2017, the Defendant: (b) cut off the victim’s business from “E” operated by the victim D (S) located in Jeju-si; and (c) on the other hand, there was no difference in surveillance due to the termination of the business of the shop, and thus, destroyed the market price owned by the victim at the front display stand in excess of the total amount of KRW 120,00,00.

2. Around August 5, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime at around 20:45 on August 5, 2017: (a) around 20:45, at the victim G (n, 51 years old); (b) at the victim G (n, 51 years old); and (c) at the victim’s display stand located in front of the display stand for surveillance due to any termination of the business of the store; and (d) at the victim’s price located in front of the display stand for surveillance, the Defendant stolen the amount of KRW 50,00 worth of KRW 20,000, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 10,000, KRW 3,000; and (c) at the market price of KRW 30,00,00, KRW 30,000; and (c) at the market price of KRW 470,000,00.

3. On August 5, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed the crime of around 23:30 on August 5, 2017, at around 23:30 on August 5, 2017, at “K” operated by the victim J (n, 69 years old); (b) on the part of “K” operated by the victim J (n, n, n, n) on August 5, 2017, the Defendant stolen with foodstuffs worth KRW 100,000 in the market value of the victim’s possession in front of the display stand, for lack of surveillance.

"2017 Highest 2313"

1. On July 25, 2017, the Defendant entered the convenience store in Jeju L on July 14:25, 2017, and requested the victim N (the 24 years old) who is his/her employee to purchase four empty bottles. However, the victim refused it, and the victim refused it, made one time a part of the victim’s head one, and continued to follow the suspect outside of the convenience store.
