1. The defendant shall list the designated parties of the plaintiff (appointed parties) and the designated parties listed in the separate sheet No. 1 in the annexed sheet No. 2.

1. Basic facts

A. The defendant is a company with the purpose of passenger transport service, etc., and the plaintiff and the designated parties (hereinafter "the plaintiff et al.") enter the defendant company on the corresponding date in the "date of death" list of the cited amount in attached Form 2, and have been employed as an urban bus driver by the defendant until now.

Among them, the Selection C retired on September 30, 201, but re-entered on April 1, 2012, and the Selection D retired from the Defendant Company on January 31, 2011, but re-entered on July 1, 2011.

B. The contents of a collective agreement and wages paid to the employees belonging to the Defendant are determined in accordance with a collective agreement concluded between the Defendant and the labor union. The main contents of the collective agreement applied from May 1, 2010 to April 30, 2013 are as follows.

Work hours and labor system 1) 2010(collective agreement, January 28, 2010) 1 - Work hours and labor system - Work hours may be 40 hours a week - The Company may, subject to labor-management consultation, engage in early sunrise, overtime work, and night work: Provided, That night work shall be paid in addition to the inclusive wage system for one hour and one hour (day wage x 50%) of full-time workers during the night work, and for one hour (day wage x 50%) of full-time workers. - Work system shall be two (2) a day and five (5) a week and one-day off work system in principle: Provided, That work hours may be concurrently worked on a day-day basis upon labor-management consultation; 2) A company shall pay monthly bonuses of basic pay 600% to full-time drivers who work at work.

(2) Bonuses shall not be paid to fixed-term drivers.

(3) No person subject to temporary retirement shall be paid bonuses only during the period of temporary retirement.

(4) Retirements shall not be paid bonuses even during each month.

(5) The period of execution shall enter into force on February 1, 2010.

Continuous service allowance: ① Continuous service allowance of between 1 and 10,000 won in continuous service of 2 to 20,000 won in continuous service of 3 to 30,000 won in continuous service of 2 years in continuous service of 3 years in continuous service: Provided, That the number of drivers in continuous service of 3 years in continuous service shall also be the completion of revenue
