Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person running a city bus B.

On March 24, 2019, at around 17:10, the Defendant was stopped to get passengers to get off the bus at the bus stops in front of the Yong-dong Resident Center in Young-gu, Young-gu, Young-gu, Seoul Metropolitan City.

In such a case, the driver of the motor vehicle has the duty of care to prevent the loss of passengers on the bus by safely starting the operation of the motor vehicle after checking whether the passengers are safely deprived of the motor vehicle, and taking necessary measures such as closing the door accurately.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and did not confirm whether or not the passengers have been completely lowered, and caused the victim C (n, 62 years of age) who was lowered from the bus above the road by negligence starting from the original bus, and continued to set the back part of the right side of the bus above the road.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as cutting down the left-hand satis in need of approximately eight weeks of medical treatment due to the above occupational negligence.
