Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] Defendant A was sentenced to three years and six months of imprisonment for a special robbery at the Seoul Central District Court on October 13, 2017, and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 12, 2018. Defendant B was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for an injury at the Suwon District Court on November 16, 2016, and the judgment became final and conclusive on January 20, 2017.

1. Defendant B
A. The Defendant established a gambling place from January 18, 2015 to the same year.
3.
