A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On February 20, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with labor at the Gwangju District Court for the crime of interference with business, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on August 10, 2014.
1. Interference with business;
A. On August 21, 2014, from around 19:00 to 19:15, the Defendant interfered with the sales of the victim by force, such as: (a) at the entrance of the D malicious store located in Gwangju Northern-gu Seoul Northern-gu, the Defendant “at the age of 21, the Defendant was waiting for 13:30 minutes as he/she would have become bad,” and “at the age of 21” to the victim E (the age of 21) who is his/her employee “from 13:30 minutes because he/she would have been waiting for them to report bad,” and preventing customers from entering the area.
B. On the same day from 23:00 to 23:10 on the same day as paragraph (a), the Defendant: (a) sought again to the above malicious store; and (b) made the victim E the statement to the victim “to be hicked with the male-gu and hicker; and (c) obstructed the sales business of the victim by force, such as blocking the entrance of the wheelchairs while leaving the wheelchairs, and taking a large voice, even though the victim said that he would be the victim, thereby blocking the sales business of the victim.
C. On August 23, 2014, at around 09:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a H entrance in the Northbuk-gu, Gwangju; (b) took a look at the victim’s G (n, 31 years of age); (c) took the victim’s bath to stop the wheeler’s hand; and (d) took the victim’s bath to “Peeper; (b) continue to take a large voice, such as “YII YI YI YI YI YI YI YI YI YI YI YI YI YI YI YI YI YI YI YI YI YI YI Y
At around 15:00 on September 15, 2014, the Defendant obstructed the mobile phone agency business of the victim by force by getting the victim J (28 years of age) in front of the LG Plus K store entrance in Gwangju Northern-gu, the Defendant left the entrance, checked the victim's hand over his hand, and taking a bath for about one hour, such as “Peeping” in a large amount of wheelchairs.
E. At around 19:00 on September 14, 2014, the Defendant, at the above LGplus K store, was in the state of wheel chairs.
