A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On November 24, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. in the Cheongju District Court Jeju District Court Branch, and was released on April 30, 2012 in the Chungcheong detention house and passed on June 8, 2012 during the execution of the sentence.
1. On August 28, 2013, the Defendant, along with C around 21:00 on August 28, 2013, at the office located in the office of the “F Deputy Director,” for the operation of the Victim E, Young-gu, Cheongdong-gu, Cheongdong-gu, the Defendant reported the Defendant to the Defendant, and the said C opened a credit cooperative to take KRW 1,000,000 in cash owned by the victim while in custody.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with the above C.
2. At night, the Defendant: (a) around 02:00 on October 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (b) obstructed the Victim E’s operation by opening a credit cooperative, which was located on the tables of the office, after having intruded into the office with the key in front of the office; and (c) stolen the cash amounting to KRW 270,000,000, which was kept in custody.
