Punishment of the crime

1. Defendants B, Defendant C, Defendant D, Defendant F, Defendant G, Defendant H, Defendant J, Defendant J, and Defendant L L L L’s gambling place: (a) with the intent to open a gambling board under the name of P and Q, and P (which was sentenced to one year for the crime of opening gambling places at the Daejeon District Court on December 2, 2016) with the intent to open a gambling board; (b) with the intent to plan and manage the entire gambling board and operate the gambling board (the term “ware”; (c) Qu (which was sentenced to one year for the crime of opening a gambling place at the Daejeon District Court on December 2, 2016) with the intention to open a gambling place; and (d) Defendant D’s role in opening and managing the gambling place under the direction of the above P; and (d) Defendant D’s role in opening and managing the gambling place; and (e) Defendant D’s role in managing and distributing it to Defendant D’s employees.

After the Defendants recruited as above, from around May 20, 2016 to around 10:00 on May 20, 2016, the Defendants: (a) lent S pension in Seo-gu, Daejeon; and (b) collected from around 08:30 to around 10:00 the above day, and collected 50 gambling participants recruited by Defendant F, etc.; and (c) opened gambling participants on both sides of the river; (d) opened four strings by Defendant C, etc. with four folds on the floor; and (e) opened four strings by Defendant C, etc., with four strings.
