C On June 14, 2012, the sentence of imprisonment for a violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act was terminated on October 14, 2012.
The Defendants: (a) purchased tobacco using a forged and forged credit card; and (b) made it possible for the Defendants to divide profits accrued from the purchase of tobacco by selling it, and (c) Defendant A shared the role of preparing for the card board (the machine storing credit card information in the Mabic) and the lab North Korea where a reproduction program is installed; and (d) purchasing the information on a credit card by using the Internet (the Internet) and then forging and supplying the credit card using a forged credit card; (b) Defendant B purchased tobacco using a forged credit card; and (c) Defendant C provided a card by entering the credit card information acquired by Defendant A and selling the tobacco purchased by Defendant B using a forged credit card and dividing it into two parts.
1. From February 12, 2015 to March 12, 2015, the Defendants: (a) conspired to prepare a credit card 604 at the Namyang-si, J. J. 604; and (b) prepared a credit card-based computer with a credit card reproduction program; (c) forged a credit card by storing the personal information (K) of foreigners in the name-inward name acquired through a “IC Q” on the Internet; and (d) forged a credit card by storing the personal information (K) in the back of the non-fluor’s credit card; and (e) committed a crime list in attached Form from that time until March 12, 2015.
1. As indicated, the credit cards in total of forty-three were forged.
2. The Defendants in collusion with the Defendants for a violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act (Franchising Credit Cards) and fraud, the Seoul Gangnam-gu L on February 12, 2015, around 19:48.
