Criminal facts

The defendant is a de facto marital relationship with C, a parent of the victim B (a family name, a woman).

1. B. On January 2012, 2012, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim who is covering the brue with the victim (at the time 10 years of age); (b) committed indecent act by inserting the victim’s hand into the victim’s inner part; and (c) committing an indecent act by spreading the chest.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim under 13 years of age on two occasions.
