1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for twelve years;

2. The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 200 hours.

Criminal facts

On February 2, 2006, the defendant and the respondent for the attachment order (hereinafter only referred to as the "defendant") filed a marriage report from around 1997 to F and de facto marriage relation.
