피고인은 게시글에 기재된 피해자 AV의 휴대폰으로 전화하여 피해자에게 “AW 카페 운영자인데 샤넬 가방, 선글라스를 판매하겠다.”고 거짓말하여 이에 속은 피해자로부터 피고인의 계좌로 가방, 선글라스 판매대금 명목으로 2,170,000원을 송금 받았다.

[2013 Highest 7784] On August 19, 2013, at the defendant's house located in Daejeon-gu AU, 112 Dong 202 (E apartment), the defendant searched "money" and "Pre-Contract" from the Internet portal site, and discovered a notice posted by the victim A Z on the Korean medicine-related car page (BA).

The defendant called the cell phone of the victim AZ as stated in the notice, and falsely speaks that the victim " is a car page operator, and because the account changes, it comes to another account." This belongs to the defendant around August 20, 2013 from the victim.
