A Imprisonment for one year, Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of 5,00,000 won, and Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of 1,00,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A and Defendant B’s joint crime - Violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. against Victims E (joint assault) committed on December 28, 2015, on the grounds that the Defendants were faced with each other by Defendant B and the victim E (18 years old) around December 21, 2015, in front of G street in Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, on the grounds that Defendant B and the victim E (18 years old) met with each other, Defendant A used b’s face with the victim E by drinking 3 to 4 times. Defendant B assaulted the victim E in common.

2. Defendants’ joint crime - Violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. against the Victim H (Joint Bodily Injury) was committed on the grounds that they met the Defendant A who assaulted the Victim H (17 years of age) as referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article at the time and place set forth in paragraph 1 of this Article. Defendant A drinking up three times a part of the victim H’s face, Defendant B 3-4 times a part of the victim H’s face with drinking, Defendant B 3-4 times a part of the victim H’s face with drinking, Defendant C used the victim H’s face on the floor one-time basis of drinking, and thereby, Defendant C inflicted injury on the victim H by jointly taking several steps, taking part of the victim’s face, taking part of the victim’s face, taking part of the victim’s face, taking part of the victim’s face, and taking part of the victim’s face, making it difficult to know the number of days of treatment.

3. 피고인 A의 특수 상해 피고인은 제 1 항의 일시 및 장소에서, 피해자 I(17 세) 가 제 1 항과 같이 E을 폭행하는 피고인 A을 만류하다가 경찰에 신고를 하기 위해 ‘G’ 매장 안으로 들어가자 피해자를 따라 들어가, 손으로 피해자의 머리 부위를 잡고 무릎으로 피해자의 머리를 6회 정도 때리고, 위 피자 집 주방에서 위험한 물건인 가위( 날 길이 7.5cm )를 들고 휘둘러 피해자의 왼쪽 손등을 1회 찌르고, 손바닥으로 피해자의 빰을 1회 때리고, 주먹으로 피해자의 가슴( 갈비뼈) 부위를 1회 때려 피해자에게 치료 일수를 알 수 없는 왼쪽 손등 부위 찰과상 등을 가하여, 위험한 물건을 휴대하여 피해자에게 상해를 가하였다.
