A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

Where the defendant does not pay the above fine, one day shall be 10.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant had been able to open a mobile phone in the name of B with his knowledge that he kept the resident registration certificates of B, which he had known to the general public.

1. On April 25, 2016, the Defendant: (a) stated “B”, “E”, “E”, “B”, and “B” in the column for customer registration of mobile phone entrance stored in the Dong-gu Busan Metropolitan City without the consent or permission of the said B; (b) signed the signature in the signature column, signed the “B” in the signature column; and (c) drafted the H mobile phone entrance application; (d) delivered the official in charge who was unaware of the forgery as if the document was duly formed, then forged one copy of the application for mobile phone entry in the name of B, a private document, for the purpose of exercising rights and duties, and exercised the same.

2. On October 21, 2016, the Defendant: (a) made L Internet and LtV new entry applications to the subscriber name column using the Internet home service subscription application program without the above B’s consent or permission; (b) around October 21, 2016, the Defendant, a mobile phone sales store located in Busan, Busan, using the Internet home service subscription application program; (c) signed “B” in the subscriber name column, “E” in the date of birth; (d) Busan; and (e) signed in the signature column, “B” in the signature column; and (e) drafted the L Internet and LtV new entry application in the Busan, Busan, the Defendant’s residence; and (e) delivered to the staff in charge who did not know of the forgery as if the document was duly formed, thereby forging the B’s Internet and Ltv entry application form, which is a private document related to rights and duties; and (e) exercised it.
