A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant had his intent to forge a private document or display a falsified falsified a credit card in the name of C with which he had a relationship with him and to apply for the issuance of the credit card and to defraud the issued credit card;

In fact, on November 15, 201, the Defendant, even though there was no consent or approval from C with respect to the issuance of a credit card, notified C of the name, resident registration number, account number, issuing agency and date of the issuance of a resident registration certificate, when he applied for the issuance of a credit card by telephone to F with the Samsung Card F, who is aware of the fact, as C.

The Defendant, using the pen, made the above F sign “C”, “G”, “C”, “C”, “C”, and “C” on the customer name column of the Samsung Card membership application form using the pen, and forged one copy of the application form for Samsung Card membership registration under the name of C, which is a private document on rights and obligations, by having the Defendant sign the above C name.

Then, the Defendant had the above F present F to the person in charge of issuing Samsung Card Co., Ltd., who was aware of the forgery, submit the forged Samsung Card membership application as if it was duly formed.

2. Fraud;

A. On November 17, 2011, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim by means of the same method as indicated in paragraph (1) of the above paragraph; and (b) received one credit card under C’s name from the victim.

When purchasing food materials, etc. equivalent to KRW 81,200 from the victim's voice as one of the victims in the Republic of Korea, Samsung Card, which was received under the above C, was presented to an employee in the name of the victim as if he was his card.
