A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The point of issuing and using SPS Samsung Cards;

A. On October 28, 2011, the Defendant entered “B”, “C”, “C”, and “B” in the settlement account column in the form of an application form for Samsung Card membership registration, which was kept at the Samsung Card’s store located in the Busan Jin-gu department store, and signed “B” following the name of the applicant, on the paper of the application form for Samsung Card membership registration in Busan Jin-gu, Busan, and entered “B”, “C” in the resident registration number column, “C” and “C,” and signed “B” in the name of the applicant.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged an application form for membership of Samsung Card under the name of Samsung Card Member B, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

(2) The Defendant, at the time, at the time, at the time, at the place specified in paragraph (1) of this Article, issued the forged Samsung Card’s application form as if it were a document duly formed.

B. (2) On November 3, 2011, the Defendant purchased biochemicals from Hart operated by the victims’ names in Busan-gu, Busan-gu, and acquired Samsung Card as above, as the Defendant had legitimate authority to use the said SPS Samsung Card.
