Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] Defendant A and B received a summary order of one million won of each fine for the crime of acquiring stolen goods at the Seoul Western District Court on November 27, 2012, and Defendant C was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years in imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Central District Court on August 27, 2010, and the said judgment becomes final and conclusive on September 4, 2010, and is currently under the grace period.

1. Defendant A sent to taxi articles a signal to buy stolen smartphones by displaying light of smartphones, and tried to purchase smartphones that customers get on the taxi from the responding taxi articles.
Therefore, the Defendant, from around 01:30 to around 03:30 on December 2, 2012, purchased 100,000 won in cash from the above taxi driver even though he was aware that the victim’s market value, which was embezzled by a taxi engineer, whose name cannot be known at that time, was 847,00 won at the victim’s location, and acquired 1,00,000 won in cash from the above taxi driver even though he was aware that the gallue 2HD smartphone 1 cost is a stolen.

2. Around December 2012, Defendant B and C provided Defendant C with a purchase fund of KRW 800,000 to Defendant B, and Defendant B decided to purchase and resell smartphones, which are stolen goods, and distribute the proceeds therefrom.
Therefore, Defendant B sent, around December 2012, to an unspecified number of taxi workers around 393 Seo-dong 393, Seodae-dong 4, Mapo-gu, Seoul, and sent a signal to purchase smartphones by viewing smartphone light in front of the entrance, and the name that reported it cannot be known is one million won at the market price owned by the victim E, he/she embezzled.
