When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 1, 2016, from around 22:00 to around 01:55 of the same year, the Defendant, together with C, D, and E, committed an gambling in the G office operated by the Defendant, with the following numbers divided by seven to each other, using the card 52: (a) thrown away all of the cards with the same number of the same card or a serial number of the same number on the floor; or (b) the sum of the number of the cards held at the time when the game ends, is the winner; (c) the winner was the sum of approximately 761,00 won in total by adding approximately 1,000 won to the winner; and (d) the hhule called “huleh” in the manner of throwing approximately 50 times.
