1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff, a juristic person running automobile insurance business, is an insurer who has entered into a comprehensive automobile insurance contract with C’s father D to compensate for the damage caused by a registered insured or his/her spouse, child, etc., or an accident that occurred by a non-insured motor vehicle that occurred by a non-insured motor vehicle or an accident that occurred by a non-insured motor vehicle, and the Defendant Dongbu Fire Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) is an insurer who entered into an automobile liability insurance contract with respect to FM vehicle with respect to its freight vehicles.

B.
