Punishment of the crime

1. Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victims' property.

1. At around 01:25 on June 18, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat of a Nplter Cargo Vehicles owned by the Victim M, which was parked without correcting the location in front of the Suwon-si L, Suwon-si; and (b) stolen KRW 3,000,00,000 in cash, including a 10 foot bill, which was kept inside the said cargo vehicle.
2. Any person who has violated the Automobile Management Act shall cover or identify intentionally a registration number plate of an automobile;
