A. Defendant B and C are the real estate listed in attached Form 1(1) in attached Form 1(2).

Facts of recognition

The Plaintiff is a redevelopment improvement project association that obtained authorization on June 5, 2009 under the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents (hereinafter “Urban Improvement Act”) for the purpose of implementing a housing redevelopment project by making the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu and 345 parcel 66,084.9 square meters as a project implementation district.

Defendant B and C are the owners of the real estate in attached Form 1 list located in the project implementation district, and three floors of the real estate in attached Table 1 list 2 located in the project implementation district are leased and possessed.

On November 14, 2016, the President of the Nowon-gu shall approve the management and disposition plan against the Plaintiff and publicly notify the Plaintiff on November 17, 2016.
