Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On March 28, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor due to an injury, etc. by the Seoul Western District Court on August 1, 2014 and completed the execution of the sentence in the Seoul Southern Southern District Court on August 1, 2014.

[Criminal facts]

1. At around 00:30 on February 17, 2015, Defendant 2015, Defendant 408, (i) was engaged in a “D” restaurant located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and (ii) was engaged in as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the price even if he/she issued an order to do so, and (iii) was provided by the victim E, a restaurant employee, with 29,000 won of the market price, and (iv) he/she acquired it by deception.

2. At around February 24, 2015, Defendant 445, Defendant G, operated “H” restaurant operated by the victim G in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, on February 24, 2015, around 22:20:20, when ordering alcohol and food, he/she would have been aware that he/she would pay the price without any intent or ability to pay the price, and he/she received 3:00 won of 17,00 won and 1 bottle from the victim, and acquired economic benefits equivalent to the same amount.

3. 2015 고단 614 피고 인은 2015. 3. 5. 00:30 경 서울 마포구 I에 있는 피해자 J가 운영하는 ‘K’ 식당에서 음식대금을 지급할 의사나 능력이 없음에도 마치 대금을 지급할 것처럼 행세하여 이에 속은 피해 자로부터 시가 22,000원 상당의 ‘ 쭈꾸미’ 요리를 제공받아 동액 상당의 재산상의 이익을 취득하였다.

4. At around March 6, 2015, Defendant 2015, Defendant 680, spited the victim M (32 years of age) on the 1st floor, Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government L1, with the intent of “I see who is fright, and spit the victim’s face once,” without any reason.

5. Around February 13, 2015, Defendant N (30 years old) who is an employee of Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government in the vicinity of the opening space of subway No. 2 in the 17th century, Seongdong-gu, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, about February 13, 2015, intends to move into one-time transportation card at the opening space of the subway No. 2 in Seongdong-gu, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, and the period of use of such card is to be found and control the unclaimed lanes;
