Punishment of the crime

On August 24, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud by the Daejeon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the public prison on June 6, 2017.

"2018 Highest 369"

1. On January 13, 2018, the Defendant, at around 21:00, committed as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the price even if he/she received an order of alcoholic beverage, and he/she acquired it by deceiving the victim with the alcohol and alcohol equivalent to KRW 180,000 from the damaged person.

2. On January 14, 2018, the Defendant: (a) 06:57, at the H main points operated by the Victim G in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, the fact was committed as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the price even if he/she ordered the drinking; and (b) he/she was provided with the alcohol and the alcohol equivalent to KRW 420,000 from the damaged person and acquired it by deception.

3. On January 19, 2018, the Defendant: (a) was aware of the fact at the K main shop operated by the Victim J in Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, that the Defendant would not pay the price even if he/she ordered the foregoing; and (b) was provided with the alcohol and the alcohol equivalent to KRW 430,000 from the damaged person, and acquired it by deception.

Accordingly, the defendant had a total amount of KRW 1,030,000 by deceiving the victims, and received the delivery of alcohol and know-hows.

On January 1, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 21:00, the first floor of the LA in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do; and (b) on fact, the Defendant, despite having no intent or ability to pay the price even if he/she orders alcohol and alcohol, issued an order to the victim N, who is the business owner of the above main place, as if he/she would pay the price; and (c) made a false statement to the effect that he/she orders to pay the price and requests a contact loan; and (d) then, he/she acquired the said amount by obtaining a total of KRW 470,000 from the damaged person, including alcohol and alcohol equivalent to the total of KRW 470,00.

The defendant of "2018 Highest 843" is a victim of 00:50 on January 7, 2018, who is in the office of the Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do.
