1. Violation of the Rearrangement of Agricultural and Fishing Villages;

(a) No person who is a defendant A shall illegally occupy or use agricultural infrastructure without any justifiable ground;

Nevertheless, from April 2018 to September 2018, the Defendant occupied and used 2,666 square meters on the left side of the ditch site, 82 meters on the right side, 84 meters on the right side, 64 meters on the lower part, and 64 meters on the right side of the ditch site, without any justifiable reason, even though he/she knew that he/she occupied and used 2,66 square meters in the ditch site, which is an agricultural infrastructure owned by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, by obtaining a direction of restoration after conducting a cadastral status survey from the construction department of Kimhae-si and the construction department of Kimhae-si, which is the representative foundation B, and after conducting a cadastral status survey.
