1. Of the judgment of the court of first instance, the part against the plaintiff corresponding to the following additional payment order shall be revoked.
Reasons
Around 04:20 on January 3, 2014, at the same time, C is responsible for the recognition of the liability for damages, driving a Drocketing taxi (hereinafter referred to as “seaing vehicle”) and driving the front road located in Dong-gu, Daejeon (hereinafter referred to as “instant road”) in front of Dong-gu, Daejeon along the direction of the direction of the front-way of the vehicle, without avoiding the Plaintiff and G, to the direction of the front-distance of the sea-going vehicle.
