A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 8, 2014, at around 21:09, the Defendant: (a) borrowed a telephone camera from the first floor of the Damaart operated by the victim under his name in Busan Dong-gu, Busan; (b) under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant: (c) borrowed the phone camera to E, the occupant of the said Domaart; and (d) divided the phone camera of the above Domaart, who used the phone camera in his/her direction, to use the phone camera at the above Doroke; and (c) destroyed and damaged the said phone camera by putting the phone engine into the main body, and destroying the market price of the victim.
