When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around November 4, 2015, the criminal defendant against the victim B made a false statement to the effect that “D” is sent to the victim B by accessing the online game “D” through the Internet at the Defendant’s residence located in Silung-si, which is located in Silung-si, and sending the game money to the victim B.”

However, even if the defendant received money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to send the game money.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received 46,000 won from the victim to the account under the name of the Defendant on the same day.

2. Around February 2, 2016, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant sent KRW 185,000 to the victim E an online game money by accessing the online game “D” via the Internet at the same place.”

However, even if the defendant received money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to send the game money.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received KRW 185,00 from the victim to the account under the name of the Defendant on the same day.

3. On February 11, 2016, at the same place, the Defendant issued a false statement to the effect that he/she sold Samsung Electronic Ept in the “G” website via the Internet at the same place, and reported this false statement to the effect that “50,000 won is deposited to the victim F, who made contact with the Defendant, will send Samsung Ept North Korea.”

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to send Nowon-gu despite receiving money from the victim.

The Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim, received 550,000 won from the victim to the account in the name of the Defendant on the same day.
