Punishment of the crime

around 02:00 on August 18, 2012, the Defendant issued five illness orders to the victim H, an employee of the above restaurant, as if he did not have an intention or ability to pay the drinking value, and received from the victim the five disease orders of the above restaurant in the amount of KRW 30,000 on August 18, 2012.

As a result, the Defendant was issued a beer equivalent to KRW 30,000 by deceiving the victim.
