Punishment of the crime

[2013Kadan5258] On August 27, 2013, at around 04:30 on August 27, 2013, the Defendant showed an attitude that he would pay the drinking value at K in the operation of the Victim J in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, and ordered an order of the amount of KRW 68,50 per week and alcoholic beverages.

In fact, the defendant did not have the intent or ability to pay the price even if he was provided with alcohol and communication from the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant deceivings the victim, and 68,500 won, which is the 68,500 won, was acquired from the victim.

[2013 Highest 5523] The Defendant did not have the intent or ability to pay the price even if he was provided with alcohol to the victim N in Gwangju-dong L around 23:0 on June 22, 2013.

Nevertheless, the Defendant appeared to pay the drinking value to the victim, and was provided by the victim with alcohol and alcohol equivalent to the total market value of 832,00 won, such as the five diseases and 12 diseases in each week.
