Reasons
Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】
1. On March 29, 2015, the Defendant, along with C, ordered the Defendant to use and provide two-hours of singing room amounting to KRW 30,000,000 in the market price and two-hours of singing room amounting to KRW 30,000 in the market price, as if he/she could pay the drinking value despite the absence of his/her intent or ability to pay the drinking value in the F entertainment tavern operated by the Victim E in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the Defendant was provided with alcohol and food and services in total amounting to KRW 330,00 in the market price.
Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with C, concealed the victim, acquired the property, and acquired the property profit.
2. On July 28, 2015, the Defendant, around 16:00, ordered the Victim G to use a singing room service equivalent to KRW 120,00,000, in total amount of KRW 700,00,000, market price of KRW 220,000, and KRW 80,000, market price of each of the two diseases by deceiving the Victim as if he/she had no intent or ability to pay the drinking value in the entertainment tavern of “I” located in Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, operated by the Victim G, and was provided by the Victim as if he/she would pay the drinking value.
Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving the victim, acquired the property amounting to 700,000 won in total and acquired financial benefits.
