Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. A. (1) The Defendant received Meptopon (one philoopon; hereinafter “phiopon”) from G on the road of the F store building located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E around March 2015.

(2) Around August 2015, the Defendant, at the vicinity of the I high school located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H, was suffering from G from philopon.

B. From September 16, 2015, around 08:30 on September 16, 2015, the Defendant: (a) included approximately 0.31g of opononon from the Defendant’s home (F) 3 of Gangnam-gu Seoul Gangnam-gu, in five disposable injection equipment; (b) approximately 0.2 square meters of the volume of opononon and the volume of dilutiond with water in one-time injection equipment.

F. (1) On August 18, 2015, the Defendant inhaled marijuana smoking (1) at the home and home of the above Defendant around August 18, 2015, with a fire attached to the hemp string on the day of Aluminium.
