A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

around 21:00 on September 5, 2014, the Defendant: (a) 201:0, at the D office operated by the Defendant in 402 of the Seo-gu Incheon Seo-gu Office, Seo-gu, Incheon, approximately 0.05 grams of psychotropic drugs, psychotropic drugs, for psychotropic drugs, and received approximately 0.05 grams of marijuana from E without compensation.

Accordingly, even if the defendant is not a person handling narcotics, he received psychotropic drugs, philophones and marijuana.

"2015 Highest 5392"

1. The Defendant committed the crime of February 7, 2015, at around 22:00 on February 7, 2015, 2015, sent 1-time injection equipment free of charge, which contains approximately 0.3g of philopon to H in front of G Hospital located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.

Accordingly, even if the defendant is not a person handling narcotics, he received psychotropic drugs.

2. On March 27, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime of March 27, 2015: (a) received, around March 27, 2015, a philophone in the front of the Seo-gu Incheon Seo-gu Seoul Building, from I for a single philophone, which is wraped into a paper.

Accordingly, even if the defendant is not a person handling narcotics, he received psychotropic drugs.

3. The Defendant, on April 2015, committed early April 22, 2015, 201: (a) around 22:00, at the D office operated by the Defendant at the Seo-gu Incheon Seo-gu Office, Seo-gu, Incheon, issued a string of a philopon from I, as described in paragraph (2), in a coffee; and (b) took the smoke of tobacco at the math x; (c) took the smoke of tobacco at the math x; and (d) taken the math in a ma; and (d) took the smoke from the end.

Accordingly, even if the defendant is not a person handling narcotics, he administered philophones, and smoked marijuana.
