A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 1,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 500,000.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Defendant

A, on June 13, 2018, a candidate (D party) for the Dacheon-si District Election of the Macheon-si District Election of the Macheon-si Office nationwide is a person who has fallen and passed a bath (hereinafter referred to as “instant bath”) with the trade name “F” in the Ma Seocheon-si.

No one shall distribute, post, spread, play, or run an advertisement, personnel record, poster, photograph, document, picture, drawing, printed matter, recording, video tape or others similar thereto which include contents supporting, recommending or opposing a political party or candidate, or which indicate the name of a political party or candidate, in order to have an influence on the election from 180 days prior to the election day to the election day.

1. Defendant A had a mind to distribute Defendant’s name cards from the above bath operated by Defendant B through B.

On May 29, 2018, in order to enable B to distribute the name of the Defendant to B at the above bath, the Defendant: (a) made B the statement that “I” was “B; and (b) distributed at least 71 of the Defendant’s name cards (hereinafter “instant name cards”) on his/her book by inserting his/her hand into the window of the public bathter; and (c) distributed it.

Accordingly, the defendant distributed the name of the defendant in order to influence the election.

2. On June 3, 2018, Defendant B: (a) around June 3, 2018, the Defendant posted the instant name cards posted by A, as described in paragraph (1), in the said bath room, to be distributed to customers by placing them on cremation.

Accordingly, the defendant distributed A's name cards to influence the election.
