Defendant A prepared on January 14, 2014 that “H organization, A” on the front side, “I organization chairperson,” “I organization chairperson,” and “SI organization chairperson” on the back side, and 16 members of the chamber of commerce and industry, including the details of rewards. On January 18, 2014, Defendant A sought support from 30 members and distributed the above name to 6 members at the meeting of the Central Saemaul Bank of Korea, which is in the Dong-si, Sin-si on February 14, 2014, at the meeting of the Central Saemaul Bank of Korea (hereinafter “SI organization president”). Defendant A supported the 30 members present at the meeting of the chamber of commerce and industry, and distributed the above name at the meeting of the Central Saemaul Bank of Korea (hereinafter “SI organization president”). Defendant A supported the E-election, K, LO, NO, many and unspecified persons from January 20 to February 20, 2014.
As a result, Defendant A distributed a document by illegal means to exercise an influence on the election at the same time prior to the election campaign period.
B. The Defendants Defendant A, who committed the joint principal offense, was pregnant on February 8, 2014.
