Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On February 6, 2017, the Defendant paid KRW 150,000,000 to E from the department store C in Busan-gu, Busan-gu, and carried out sexual intercourses once by paying KRW 150,000 to E in the Mobur care room.
2. On February 9, 2017, the Defendant paid 50,000 won for sexual traffic to E at the heading room near the Felt located in Busan-gu, Busan-do, and engaged in sexual traffic by paying 50,000 won for sexual traffic.
3. On February 14, 2017, around 17:00, the Defendant paid KRW 170,000 to E, “In” in the vicinity of the Busan-gu Busan-gu, Busan-do, and engaged in sexual intercourses once by paying KRW 170,000 to E.
4. On May 9, 2017, at around 09:00, the Defendant paid 200,000 won to K for commercial sex acts and conducted commercial sex acts by paying 20,000 won to K for 20,000 won.
5. On May 2017, the Defendant: (a) paid 200,000 won to N in a maid room located in the Busan Metropolitan City L (Mel); and (b) engaged in sexual intercourses once by paying 20,000 won to N in a maid room located in the Busan Metropolitan City L.
6. At around 12:00 on May 15, 2017, the Defendant paid 300,000 won for sexual traffic to N from the “Mel”, and engaged in sexual intercourses once.
