Punishment of the crime

Defendant,

1. On January 12, 2017: (a) received KRW 1.50,00 from a name-free male who consented to the conditions of sexual traffic through a smartphone hosting “B” around 23:19; (b) sent KRW 1.50,00 from a name-free male who had consented to the said conditions of sexual traffic to a name C’s account; and (c) sent Category C to a mother telecom with which the name located in the main sentence of the ideology-gu Busan Metropolitan City is unknown; and (d) let the said male and the said male

2. On January 31, 2017, a nameless male who consented to the conditions of sexual traffic through a smartphone hosting display around 22:30 on January 31, 2017, pays 1.30,000 won to the nearby Ecom 302 heading room in front of the Busan D church and allows him/her to engage in sexual intercourse once.

3. On February 1, 2017, around 00:30, a police officer, who pretended to be a customer through smartphone-recording box B, received 1.30,000 won of sexual traffic, and as above, arranged sexual traffic for business purposes, such as: (a) having a police officer enter a nearby Ecom (305), with C before the D church; and (b) having a police officer enter a nearby Ecom (305) room.
