On December 12, 2018, at around 08:30 on December 12, 2018, the Defendant intruded into “C” company’s female toilets located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, with a view to installing a camera for illegal photographing, and installed an over-frequency type small camera in the above toilets, and taken a screen image of the Defendant’s cell phone screened by setting up the victim D (n, 31 years old, 31 years old, 31 years old, 31 years old) and the victim E (n, 31 years old) with a view to melting the sides of the Defendant’s cell phone.

On January 24, 2019, the Defendant invadedd the female toilets of the “C” company as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (a) to install a camera for illegal photographing, and installed a camera on the side of a studio studio in a female toilet, and taken a screen image of the Defendant’s cell phone images, where the victim D (V, 31 years old), the victim E (n, 31 years old), and the victim E (n, 31 years old) are viewed as a studio.

Accordingly, the defendant can cause sexual humiliation or shame using a camera.
