Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 2012, Defendant A requested forgery of a resident registration certificate from Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul. Defendant A notified a forgery business entity under his name-based forgery of the name “E”, resident registration number “F”, and address “Seoul-si, Seocheon-si G” on the resident registration certificate received from the above D, and caused the person under his name-based care to forge the resident registration certificate for E with a photograph attached to B’s photograph.

Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of uttering, forged a resident registration certificate for E in the name of the Bupyeong-do Busan Metropolitan City, which is an official document.

2. Defendant B

A. Fraud (1) The Defendant: (a) asked the above D to impair E’s criminal conduct; and (b) conspireds to acquire the loan by means of the lease contract under the name of E and the resident registration certificate under the forged E.

At around 17:00 on November 1, 2012, the Defendant, along with the foregoing D, filed an application for a loan to the victim H at the second floor law office of the International Building in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and D submitted as security one copy of the lease contract in the name of forged E, and the Defendant presented E’s resident registration certificate and prepared documents necessary for the loan.

However, the above lease contract and the resident registration certificate were forged, and the defendant et al. did not have the intention or ability to repay even if they were given loans from the victim.

In collusion with the above D, the Defendant: (a) conspired with the above D, by deceiving the victim H, and was given KRW 30 million as a loan from H.

(2) On February 20, 2013, when the Defendant applied for a loan from the law firm M& office located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City L in accordance with the above public offering with the above public offering with the above D, D submits one copy of the lease contract under the name of the forged E as security, and the Defendant presents E’s resident registration certificate and documents necessary for the loan.
